AI Software Co-Founder

Vishru is building AI-native digital signage — hardware and software that fills any display, of any shape, with intelligent content in real time. As AI Software Co-Founder, you'll own the entire software and AI stack: cloud platform (Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL), edge inference pipeline (ONNX, TensorRT, CoreML), mobile companion app, Linux display drivers, and the real-time content delivery engine. You'll architect systems that process video, run computer vision for audience detection, and make millisecond content decisions — all on-device with zero cloud latency. This is a co-founder role: you'll shape product direction, make key technical bets, hire the early engineering team, and move from prototype to production at startup speed. We move fast — expect to go from whiteboard sketch to working demo in days, not months.

What we're looking for

  • Full-stack mastery (TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, or Rust) with real-time systems, WebSockets, or streaming protocols (HLS, RTSP, WebRTC)
  • Deep AI/ML experience — on-device inference, model optimization (quantization, pruning, distillation, TensorRT, CoreML)
  • Computer vision expertise: object detection, audience analytics, pose estimation (YOLO, MediaPipe, OpenCV)
  • Experience with Linux kernel modules, display drivers, DRM/KMS, or low-level graphics (Vulkan, OpenGL ES)
  • Mobile development (React Native, Swift, or Kotlin) — shipping apps to production

AI Software Intern

Vishru is building AI-powered digital signage that adapts content to any display in real time. As an AI Software Intern, you'll work directly with the founding team to design, build, and deploy AI features across the full stack — from training and optimizing computer vision models for audience detection, to building content intelligence pipelines that decide what to show on screen and when, to deploying on-device inference on edge hardware (NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi). This is not a shadowing role: you'll own features end-to-end, write production code that runs on real displays, and see your work ship to customers. You'll rapidly prototype ideas — going from concept to working demo in hours using AI-assisted development tools — and gain deep exposure to applied ML, edge computing, real-time systems, and full-stack development at a fast-moving early-stage startup.

What we're looking for

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a BS/MS in Computer Science, AI/ML, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Proficient in Python; working knowledge of at least one of TypeScript, Rust, or C++
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks — PyTorch, TensorFlow, or ONNX Runtime
  • Familiarity with computer vision concepts (object detection, classification, tracking) or NLP
  • Exposure to model optimization techniques: quantization, pruning, distillation, or TensorRT

Mechanical Engineer

Design and develop the physical hardware that powers Vishru's edge computing devices and display mounting systems. You'll own the full mechanical lifecycle — from initial concept sketches and rapid prototyping to thermal simulation, DFM optimization, and production handoff. This includes compact edge device enclosures that dissipate heat from GPUs running inference 24/7, modular mounting systems for displays ranging from 55" retail screens to 200"+ LED walls, and ruggedized housings for outdoor and high-traffic environments. You'll work closely with electrical and software engineers to ensure hardware and software ship together, and iterate quickly using 3D printing and CNC prototyping to validate designs in days.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of mechanical engineering experience in consumer electronics, AV hardware, or embedded systems
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or Fusion 360 — including simulation (FEA, thermal, CFD)
  • Rapid prototyping experience — 3D printing (FDM, SLA), CNC machining, laser cutting for fast design iteration
  • DFM expertise: injection molding, sheet metal, die casting — and experience managing contract manufacturers
  • Thermal management design for passively or actively cooled enclosures (heat sinks, heat pipes, fan systems)
  • Familiarity with EMI/EMC shielding, IP-rated enclosure design, and UL/CE compliance
  • Experience with GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and mechanical integration of PCBAs

You'll rapidly prototype spatial audio configurations, tune DSP chains, and deploy across diverse environments — from intimate retail spaces to stadium-scale LED walls.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in audio engineering, professional AV systems, or digital signal processing
  • Hands-on experience with multi-zone audio routing, synchronization, and mixing (Dante, AVB, AES67)
  • DSP proficiency — EQ, compression, delay alignment, room correction (MATLAB, Python, or dedicated DSP platforms)

You'll design for two very different contexts: a desktop management platform where operators configure and monitor displays, and the on-screen display UI itself — large-format, high-brightness interfaces viewed from across a room. You'll work at startup speed: rapidly prototyping in Figma, testing with interactive prototypes, and collaborating directly with engineers to ship pixel-perfect implementations.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of product design experience, ideally for complex dashboards, data-heavy UIs, or media tools
  • Expert-level Figma skills — components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping — shipping production-ready specs
  • Rapid prototyping fluency — Figma prototypes, Framer, or coded prototypes (HTML/CSS/React) to validate ideas fast

You'll be among the first sales hires at Vishru and will define the go-to-market playbook from scratch — identifying ideal customer profiles, building outbound sequences, running demos on live hardware, negotiating multi-location contracts, and closing deals that deploy AI-powered displays across entire venue networks. This role requires someone who can sell a technical product to both C-suite decision-makers and on-the-ground operations teams, and who moves fast enough to match startup pace.

What we're looking for

  • 3–7 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise hardware sales experience with a track record of closing $50K–$500K+ deals
  • Experience selling to retail, hospitality, automotive, or out-of-home advertising — understanding their buying cycles and stakeholders
  • Rapid prospecting skills — fluent with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, or similar outbound tools to build pipeline fast
  • Demo expertise — comfortable running live product demos on hardware, explaining technical concepts to non-technical buyers

Customer Success Manager

Ensure Vishru's customers get maximum value from day one and grow into long-term partners. You'll own the full post-sale journey: onboarding new venues, training content managers on the dashboard, troubleshooting display and network issues, monitoring deployment health, gathering product feedback, and identifying expansion opportunities. You'll be the voice of the customer inside Vishru — translating real-world usage patterns into product roadmap input and working directly with engineering to resolve issues fast. At an early-stage company, this role is equal parts relationship builder, technical troubleshooter, and product strategist.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in a customer success, account management, or technical support role at a SaaS or hardware company
  • Comfortable with technical products — you can SSH into a device, read logs, and speak fluently with engineering teams
  • Rapid documentation skills — able to quickly create onboarding guides, SOPs, and help articles using Notion, Loom, or Scribe
  • Experience with CS platforms — Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot Service Hub, or similar for tracking customer health and tickets
  • Data-driven approach — comfortable pulling usage metrics, building health dashboards, and identifying churn signals
  • Strong communicator with high empathy — you de-escalate issues and build trust with venue operators and brand teams
